Yesterday I bought my first car on my own at this dealership and it was a fantastic experience. Luke was super helpful in guiding me through the process and how everything worked. I purchased a vehicle from Somersworth Nissan and had a few unexpected issues come up afterward. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. General Management and the owner went out of their way to assist as much as possible and make things right. That level of customer service and willingness to stand behind their customers really says a lot. I truly appreciate how everything was handled and would absolutely recommend Somersworth Nissan.
Hawk was very helpful as was the rest of the people there. Very friendly. Make sure my warm ass stayed hydrated and amused and socialized while purchasing my vehicle as it is a rewarding experience but it is a time-consuming experience and some of us aren't so good with time consuming 🤔 I greatly appreciate it how everyone worked especially Hawk to make sure that it was as time efficient as possible

Recently bought my 4th child (used car) here, I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted to look at and was quickly handed the keys to look over and test drive the car with no pressure.

Had gotten a jeep renegade and after a week it needed a new radiator my warranty didn’t cover it but Trevor said that they would cover it at no cost going above and beyond in there service I would %100 go here if ur looking for a car or need service amazing people !
Great people and good prices. Really helpful in trying out multiple vehicles to find the right one. The financing paperwork took longer than I would like but everyone made sure questions were answered and paperwork was accurate.

When a sway bar in the suspension system of a pre-owned vehicle I had just purchased, plus the rear muffler, both of which immediately required maintenance, Rick, the sales manager, made a decision: he told me that the maintenance department would take care of these for me... Kyle, Aiden, and Jaime we're very courteous and answered all my questions. I was never over pushed into a sale as some people may claim here. We went to 6 dealerships and this was the ONLY one who treated us well the whole process.
If your main complaint is with a used vehicle purchase having issues.... this is why every dealership offers the additional insurance. They can not tell the future, and they dont want to sell you a bad service. If your buying used ANYWHERE and not getting extra insurance thats on you.
