I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson. I wish I could remember his name. I had a very difficult day, and I was unhappy with how much I had to pay ame was facing personal difficulties today and I literally cried at his desk and he was so kind to make me feel better. Even when I was sitting with another staff member he was not far away, offering me anything he could. At the end of the day, this is a business. The used car market is a dog eat dog world. But.. there’s nowhere I’d had rather sign my life away behind a layer of tears 😂 and nobody I’d have rather had there to help me than my knowledgeable, kind, lovely salesperson, Luke!
